BRC Certification

The continuous research for a recognized quality: a constant commitment that Pastificio Fabianelli has always pursued to offer a product that meets high standards. Our pasta factory has been evaluated by the Bureau Veritas Certification and declared in line with the strictest directives on the safety of food products for the dry pasta production category.

National Organic Programme USDA-NOP

The NATIONAL ORGANIC PROGRAM USDA-NOP Certification, achieved by Pastificio Fabianelli, is mandatory for companies that want to market their products from organic farming directly in the USA and certifies that the products are obtained and packaged in compliance with US legislation and standards.

Kosher certification

Kosher in Hebrew means "good", "suitable", "valid" and indicates food suitable for consumption by the Jewish people. The Torah and the Talmud establish very strict food rules which include the nature of foods, their preparation, the possibility of associating them with each other (for example it is not allowed to consume dairy products and meat in the same meal) and for those of animal origin the characteristics of the animal itself.

Intertek certification

The commitment of Pastificio Fabianelli aimed at supporting the quality of its work and of the finished product, customer satisfaction, compliance with current legislation and continuous improvement of the company, is attested by the ISO 9001:2008 Certification issued by Bureau Veritas, accredited and internationally recognized body in conformity assessment and quality certification.

Halal certification

Halal (حلال, Halal, Halaal) is an Arabic word taken from the Sharia'a (Islamic doctrine) which means lawful or permitted. In terms of food, stating that a product is Halal indicates that it complies with the ethical and hygienic-sanitary standards of the law and the doctrine of Islam, i.e. of the Sharia'a. The 'HIA' brand is a guarantee brand which, when it is affixed to the products, assures consumers that the products and their ingredients have followed genuine processes and treatments, following the Halal quality standards at all stages of processing.

Signed by Italian farmers

This certification guarantees the 100% Italian origin of the durum wheat used to produce our pasta.

EAC certification
